UV-Print on electricity socket
8 x 14,6 cm
Entropy is manifesting on the electrical socket of the Cooke Latham Gallery in London. Located directly next to the Thames, the gallery used to be a warehouse for storing the flour for the bakery across the street.
I wanted to create a permanent installation inside of the gallery which reflected the building's past-life and make a work that visitors are unconsciously stepping onto, contributing to the entropy.
After the group show, the socket will be flipped back down, and the image will remain underneath the cover.
