On one of my daily psychogeographical drifts, I’ve met a very ambitious snail, who was determined to reach the place it was heading to, without defining a precise goal. Even though the mobile home is a bit of a burden, that will make you shake at times and tilt from left to right, even fall, the snail is carrying on, undisturbed and resilient.

Around the same time, I’ve stumbled upon a small Episcopalian Church in Offenbach, where pastor Betty Brummer is hosting the Sunday Service. I was inspired by the urgency and endurance of the Pastors speeches, which transcended the ideological approach in which Religion was being taught to me as child. She was talking about the Apostle Paul, who carried on, despite being bitten by a poisonous snake.

I aim to create a psychedelic environment where our empathy receptors are being opened up and we can listen to the sound of snails slowly but surely slipping forward, no matter the wind.
